Congenital heart diseases carry a major risk factor for infant mortality in Sri Lanka. Early diagnosis, effective medical and surgical management would improve the health indices as communicable diseases burden was much less in our region.
We provide service for children less than 15 years with congenital and acquired heart diseases and congenital heart diseases of any age. We have a dedicated ECHO room collaborated with adult cardiology. We conduct clinics in ECHO room every weekdays (except Tuesday) in afternoon.
